Our service is available to verified customers only. Any deposit made to our bank account without following due process as contain in the users member area will not be treated. Such customer will be forced to register and verify a Speed4Games account before funding. We may not refund, Please be informed if found fraud!

Multiple Speed4Games accounts are not allowed. We allow only one account per customer. In the case multiple accounts are detected to have been opened by a single customer, one of the accounts will be kept active while others will be locked.

Customers who could not complete the verification due to inability to provide the requested documents can make cash payments in our office. All other transactions are made through our bank accounts listed on the customer invoice which is only available to the verified customers.

We pay you the exact amount of the E-currency we receive in our E-currency account. Please note this, you are the one to bear the receiving fund fee at a particular time you make a spend to us.
